Cladding Painting – Commercial
Whether it’s for a complete colour change for a rebranding project or simply part of the planned maintenance program, our cladding painting services offer a solution to refurbishing existing cladding.
We work closely with building maintenance teams and construction companies as well as directly for our clients to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum.
We comply with all aspects of health and safety to ensure the job is completed safely and efficiently. Our Spray Painting teams are CSCS Certified and hold PASMA, IPAF, and EFAW certificates.
We offer full RAL and BS colours and can help you to find a match if required.
We also offer refreshes or colour changes to all Powder Coated, or Prefinished windows, doors, roller shutters to go alongside our cladding services.
Some commercial cladded units may show evidence of cut edge corrosion which is caused when the unprotected metal edges are exposed to the weather for long periods of time. We can assess the extent of the damage and help to advise the best way to achieve the best result.
Site Surveys
If necessary, the site will be surveyed by one of our estimating teams. Occasionally, they will be joined by representatives of our paint suppliers who will visit depending on the size and complexity of the work. During this survey we will look at the following:
- Condition of an existing substrate
2. Access requirements
Recommendations for cladding paints.
After our initial survey we will forward our recommendations to the client which will include:
- Materials that are to be used for cladding painting and datasheets for the relevant materials.
2. Access arrangements and proposals
3. A fixed price quotation for completing the works.
Instructions and Starting on Site
Once the project has been ordered by the client, we will be in continuous contact with them and the following will be issued:
- Site-specific risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH sheets.
2. A program of planned works to give an idea of our time scales with the client’s requirements in mind.
